Penn Fibre supplies thin gauge acetal strip to a leading manufacturer of sintered bearings that are used in suspension applications for automobiles, trucks, and off highway equipment. Penn Fibre acetal was chosen because of the mechanical strength, lubricity, and exceptional dimensional stability and overall quality of our acetal copolymer materials. This application requires the production of acetal strip to extremely close camber specifications to allow for the smooth flow throughout the fabrication process.

Penn Fibre acetal materials require little or no additional lubrication and provide extended wear life in these critical applications.
