At 5:00 AM 10/29 the Governor of DE manadated the closing of all roads in DE, and thus the plant has closed. The closing will extend through Tuesday. We will reopen plant when driving ban is lifted. Please check back on this site for further information but expect Wednes first shift to be eariest we will return.
