Guitar Picks
In the U.S. alone, there are many millions of guitar picks used each year. Historically many materials have been used - including tortoise shells from this now endangered species. Ensinger supplies all the leading manufacturers a range of engineering plastics materials that are now used for punching into guitar picks. Among these are Acetals and Ultem®. All the materials are available in a range of attractive colors. Although one would not necessarily expect technical requirements to apply, there are in fact important requirements for stiffness and "sound" quality that Ensinger materials provide.
